PETRONAS Leadership Centre Wins Silver at Real Estate Oscars
Dubbed as the “Oscars of Real Estate,” the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards are a coveted recognition of achievement in the global property development industry.1 Just over a year after the grand opening, PETRONAS Leadership Centre (PLC) has secured a significant milestone on the world stage by clinching the Silver Award in the Purpose-Built category at this prestigious event. Held at Gardens by the Bay, Singapore, on 30th May 2024, the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards celebrate and recognise global excellence in real estate development.

This year’s FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence ceremony saw participation from leading real estate developers in countries like the United Kingdom, Taiwan, Austria, Hungary, Brazil, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and India. Comprised of over 60 real estate experts from 35 countries, the discerning judging committee was on the lookout for projects that align with the FIABCI’s core values.
