PETRONAS Leadership Centre Soars at Prestigious Employee Experience Awards 2024

The Leadership Academy of PLC was honoured with the Silver Award in the Best In-house Learning Academy category for its innovative culture of continuous learning and development.

Living our vision of “Leading with Purpose, Accelerating Progress,” PETRONAS Leadership Centre (PLC) is proud to announce that our Leadership Academy has won the Silver Award in the Best In-house Learning Academy category at the recent Employee Experience Awards (EXA) 2024! The award was proudly received by our Head of Leadership Academy, Asrif Omar Che Yusoff, and Programme Leads, Hazrin Hanim Rani and Viknesh Kumar Naleyah.

This recognition places PLC among the top contenders out of nine finalists, alongside established in-house learning institutions from industry leaders. It stands as a true testament to our unwavering dedication, collaborative spirit, and commitment to empowering PETRONAS’ greatest asset—its people—to become exceptional leaders.

Held at Le Méridien Petaling Jaya on 7 June 2024, EXA—the region’s premier Human Resources (HR) awards programme—celebrated its fourth edition. EXA shines a spotlight on trailblazing organisations that leverage employee-centric strategies to drive value and maintain a competitive edge. The awards celebrate excellence in leadership, continuous learning opportunities, active employee engagement, and strategic talent acquisition—all core values deeply embedded in PLC’s pillars. This recognition serves as a strong validation of our dedication to these areas.
